file hosting flaky

hey if you want a copy of this... leave me a comment and I'll post the software for you to download... but because it isn't downloaded often enough it keeps getting dropped from the file hosting... perhaps I'll post it as freeware someplace that will host it indefinitely...

New version

Apparently my old host has problems serving the files. I moved the msi to a new home. The version I put up is a version I was working on that tracks Marks per turn... it is able to track that until someone wins then it doesn't calculate the final MPT. It is a feature that hasn't been tested so if it doesn't work too bad... but feel free to let me know about it and I will fix it... thanks!!!
